  • Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • For approved exchanges of defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

7. Cancellations

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once the item is delivered.
